Velocar by Charles Mochet

A four-wheeled
, two-seater, pedal-propelled car called the 'Velocar' was built in the 1930s by French inventor and light car builder Charles Mochet.

...the problem with these little cars is cornering! perhaps a variation of the vintage Morgan Three Wheeler suspension and steering.
